U7's & U8's

U7 & 8s with Swans is a fun and inclusive squad focusing on engagement, building the fundamentals and introducing the key rugby themes of moving the ball and defensive positioning.

For David and Caroline, this team is about helping every young person to establish their lifelong love of sport.

There will be clear routines to help build confidence, some drill work to isolate the techniques and loads of learning through small sided and conditioned games. Our regular friendly 'fixtures' and match teas are super fun too.

This club is about so much more then just rugby so whether your girl/boy, tall/short, fast/strong or anything in between - come and give rugby a try and join a club that will embrace you with open arms.

No prior experience necessary... That includes the parents!

N.B. This age category is ENTIRELY non-contact. All activities, drills and games are based on tag-rugby rules.
