Swans recent home game was a home one to Walcot, who come from Bath.

Walcot were the first to attack, with a long kick ahead, but Swans had a penalty to relieve the pressure. However the ball was dropped by Swans, Walcot grub kicked the ball ahead, hacked it further forward and won the chase to the try line after five minutes.(0 pts-5pts). It did not take long for Swans to reply, a penalty took them into the Walcot 22, and after a scrummage scrum half Che Hudson worked his way over the line to level the scores after 12 minutesto. Swans continued to press and on 20 minutes a similar move had once again Che Hudson was on hand to score under the posts. Fly half Steve Woolley added the extras(12pts – 5pts).Walcot had three penalties on the trot, and from the last one a penalty was scored.(12pts -8pts). Immediately from the restart, Swans went forward and from a maul the ball came to wing forward Matt Roberts, who beat a couple of defenders to score in the corner after 30 minutes.(17pts- 8pts) at half time.

In the first minute of the second half, from a scrum the ball came back to fly half Steve Woolley,who calmly dropped a goal to put Swans ahead by 20pts – 8pts.For the next 20 minutes the play was virtually even, with both sides making errors in the middle of the park. Swans gave away a series from the hour mark and Walcot were pressing Swans’ line, and on 72 minutes they scored a try in the corner(20pts-13pts). Another penalty to Walcot took them back into Swans half and a three quarters move had a winger scoring half way out. This was converted to bring the scores level with just two minutes to play.
