Swanage & Wareham had to travel away in their latest league game to Walcot which is a part of Bath

It was not a good start for Swans, as early on in the first half Walcot ran in a converted try to put the home side 7pts – nil. Swans were putting on a decent display, but after half an hour a penalty to Walcot added to the score. However a penalty goal by Steve Woolley for Swans made the half time score Walcot 10pts Swans 3pts.

Ten minutes into the second half Walcot went in for another converted try bringing the home side to 17pts. Swans came back into the game with centre Tom Mumms, making his debut for Swans going in close to the posts. Woolley added the extras(17pts – 10pts). However just before the final whistle Walcot scored out wide bringing the final score Walcot 22pts Swanage & Wareham 10pts
